Order Processing
We strive to pack and process your in-stock orders within 2-5 business days. During high-demand periods, such as comebacks or national holidays, processing times may be extended.
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the shipping courier and destination.
We are committed to transparency and will keep you updated on your order’s progress via email and social media.
Shipping & Tracking
We are based in the UK and primarily use Royal Mail for shipping. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days from dispatch.
For international orders, we use DHL & UPS, with estimated delivery times as follows:
- UK: 2-3 working days
- Europe: 3-10 working days
- Worldwide: 3-14 working days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to delays from the shipping providers, customs processing or unforeseen delays (such as weather conditions).
Important email notice (iCloud users)
We have noticed that some customers using iCloud email addresses may not always receive our emails due to Apple’s spam filtering or delivery issues.
If you are expecting an update and have not received an email from us:
- Please check your spam or junk folder
- If you still cannot find it, we recommend reaching out to us directly so we can assist you

Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-order items will be shipped once they arrive in the UK, typically at least 3-5 weeks after the Korean release date. Non pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are ready.
Please note that pre-order timelines can vary depending on the type of item and any included benefits. If a product includes pre-order benefits, this will always be clearly stated in the product description.
Products that contain pre-order benefits (POBs) may take longer, depending on the original supplier and are subject to availability. This is because each POB provider or manufacturer produces their benefits on different timelines. Additionally, different POB versions of the same item may arrive at different times
If your order contains a pre-order item, all items in that order will be shipped together once the pre-order arrives. If you would like non pre-order items to be shipped separately, please place separate orders.
Estimated dispatch dates are always listed in the product description and are updated if there are any changes.
Restock & Advance Order Shipping
If your order contains a restock or advance order item, your order will only be dispatched once all items in the order have arrived. If you would like in stock items to ship sooner, please place a separate order.

Merch, Pop-Up & Limited Event Items
Merchandise, especially items from pop-up events or limited releases, may take longer than standard albums to arrive.
This is because these items are often:
- Produced based on online sales demand
- Manufactured after the event has ended
- Released on delayed or rolling schedules
Items Sourced from Japan
Items sourced from Japan, particularly merchandise, typically take 1-2 months to arrive.
This is due to:
- Additional customs processing
- Items being shipped from Japan to Korea first, then onward to the UK
These extended timelines are normal and outside of our control.

EU Orders & IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)
Because we are a UK-based business, customers in the EU will have VAT (Value Added Tax) calculated and collected at checkout under the IOSS system for orders under €150. This means:
- You pay VAT at checkout
- VAT will not be charged again on delivery
- Orders under €150 generally clear customs more smoothly
Important information about local handling fees
Kindly note that some EU countries are applying small handling or processing fees that are separate from VAT. These fees are allowed even when VAT has been prepaid via IOSS because it is essentially a customs processing tax, not a tax on goods. This is outside of our control and cannot be prepaid or refunded by us. We always recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order with us.
Orders Over €150
If your order exceeds €150, IOSS does not apply, and you will be responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees when your package arrives in your country. These will be charged directly by your local customs office or courier.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations if ordering over this amount.
International Shipping (outside the UK & EU)
All items shipped outside the United Kingdom and the the European Union are subject to customs duties and VAT that the customer is responsible for.
TokkiPop is not responsible for:
- Import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees
- Delays caused by customs inspections or regulatory changes
- Parcels held, returned, or refused due to unpaid customs charges
By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs or import fees required to receive your parcel.
United States orders
Please note that U.S. customs regulations have changed, and commercial imports may now be subject to duties, taxes, and customs processing regardless of order value. Any customs charges, delays, or requests for additional information are handled directly by the carrier or US Customs.
This means:
- Orders of any value may be assessed import charges
- Customs clearance may require additional processing or documentation.
- Delivery timelines may be affected by inspections or regulatory checks
