Refund policy
We aim to provide the best shopping experience, but if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, including discussing possible exchange or refund options where applicable.
Order Cancellations
We can only cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, if it has not yet been dispatched. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is marked as shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Return Eligibility
To qualify:
- The item must be unopened / unsealed and unused
- You must contact us within 14-days of delivery
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs
Note: We’ll issue a full refund for the item once we receive and inspect it. If the seal has been broken, we may not be able to accept the return due to copyright and resale restrictions.
Packing Errors (Our Mistake)
We pack every order with care and take photographic proof of each parcel before dispatch to ensure accuracy.
If something is missing, incorrect, or defective when your parcel arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.
To ensure transparency and speed up resolution: We strongly recommend filming a full, uncut unboxing video that starts from the unopened parcel and clearly shows the unpacking process. This helps both sides confirm what was received and protects against misunderstandings.
If a video is not provided, we may ask for additional supporting evidence and details.
Please note that without clear proof, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
We appreciate your honesty and in return, we’re committed to doing our part to get things right.
Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refund

Outer Album Cases: These are designed to protect the product inside. Small dents, bumps, or scratches on the case will not be considered for refunds or exchanges.
- Lost or Damaged in Transit: Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the shipping carrier. However, we’ll always do what we can to help and offer advice on next steps. Please reach out as soon as you notice a problem.

If a return is approved:
- The item must be sent back within 14 days of the return being accepted.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
- A refund will be issued within 7 days after we’ve received and inspected the item.
