
Meet Tokki & Pop!
Hi! We’re Tokki and Pop, a couple running this little K-pop shop.
Tokki’s been deep in the K-pop world for over 15 years (back in the trenches with the second-gen days) and Pop is the newer fan who accidentally fell in too deep and never looked back. Together, we started making online k-pop content and built TokkiPop to make collecting albums and merch feel a little more accessible, a little more affordable, and a lot more fun.
It’s just the two of us behind the scenes, handling everything ourselves from packing orders to curating some extra surprises for your parcels. We put our hearts into every part of this and truly appreciate you choosing to shop with us.

Our FAQs
Are your products authentic?
All albums, light sticks and official merchandise we sell are 100% authentic, sourced directly from Korea through authorised distribution channels.
How can I reach you for inquiries?

Where do you ship orders from?
All online purchases are dispatched from our UK-based address after being imported from Korea.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the UK, the EU, and internationally, totaling well over 100 countries.
If you don’t see your country at checkout, get in touch with us. While we can’t guarantee shipping to every location, as that is dependent on the courier, we’re happy to look into it for you.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
If you’re in the UK:
No customs fees or VAT will be charged on your order.
If you’re in the EU:
We use the IOSS system for orders under €150. That means:
- VAT is calculated and collected at checkout.
- No surprise customs charges on arrival.
- Orders under €150 won’t be charged extra customs fees.
Please note: Orders over €150 are not covered by IOSS. You'll be responsible for any VAT, import duties, or other charges when your parcel arrives. These will come directly from your local customs office or courier.
For all other international orders (outside the UK/EU):
You are responsible for VAT, customs, and any other import-related charges. Please check your country’s import regulations carefully before placing an order. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
How long does shipping take?
We are based in the UK and primarily use Royal Mail for shipping. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days from dispatch.
For international orders, we use DHL Express & ParcelForce Global Priority, with estimated delivery times as follows:
Europe: 3-7 working days
Worldwide: 3-14 working days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen delays.

Can I cancel or return my order?
We can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been dispatched yet.
Once it’s been shipped, cancellations or returns are not possible unless we made a mistake with your order.
If we accidentally packed the wrong items, we’ll absolutely make it right. Please record a continuous video of your unboxing and contact us within 14 days of delivery, providing as many details as you can.
We do not accept returns for:
- Manufacturer defects like misprints, typos, or missing inclusions, these are beyond our control.
- Outer album cases (dents, scratches, etc.) as they're designed to protect the actual product.
If your order was damaged or lost during shipping, contact us so we can try to help.

Can I request a product to be stocked or restocked?
Yes! You’re welcome to send us product requests through our social media channels or the contact form.
However, please note that product availability depends on various factors, so we can’t guarantee your request will be fulfilled.
Can I choose the album version I want?
For pre-orders and new releases, versions are usually random unless stated otherwise.
Often, we don’t know what versions we’re getting until the stock physically reaches us. We’ll update the listings as soon as we can if specific versions become available.
Do albums come with pre-order benefits?
Not all preorder listings include preorder benefits. Please check the product description to see if first-press or preorder bonuses are included. If they’re not explicitly listed, they won’t be included in your order.
Do you offer group orders or bulk discounts?
Not at the moment! We're still a small shop and can’t accommodate bulk orders just yet. Thanks for understanding.

We’re not running a creator campaign yet, but we’re open to hearing from you!
